As a current Client Services Associate, Jake carries a passion for helping and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all clients. After completing his internship at Blackburn Davis Financial last summer, Jakes’ dedication towards the industry has only grown.

Jake has always been passionate about investing and has had a particular interest in the financial planning industry for as long as he can remember. Jake is working towards completing his Canadian Securities Course (CSC ®), along with the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation to better serve the needs of our clients.

Jake is a recent graduate of Queens University of Charlotte, where he completed his Bachelor of Business Administration while playing Lacrosse at the Division 1 level. After graduation, Jake was fortunate enough to be drafted into the National Lacrosse League (NLL) to the Saskatchewan Rush, where he will be able to occupy most of his weekends.

I would love to travel across the Greek islands.

Lacrosse and Hockey

My favourite movie is The Other Guys and my favourite TV show is Entourage.

Favourite restaurant?

My Kitchen

Concert you’d most like to attend?

I would love to attend a true Rock concert from either Led Zeppelin or the Rolling Stones

Best book to read on a long flight?

I love the book “Shoe Dog” based around the creation of Nike and its rise to fame.
